Drain is now all clear
My customer from Avalon told me that the drain was overflowing onto the concrete when the shower was running. We were able to gain access to the drain, send the high pressure water jetter down the drain, and this is what we pulled out. A combination of roots and hair. Drain is now all clear. Yay 👍
